Summer Time is avile and well in NEW YORK, this month we go to a not so
hike location, more of a dog get wet / wade / swim / play in the sand location.
depending on the tide you can walk all the way to pirate cove, but remember
that the north shore tends to be very rocky.
Speaking of Port Jeff Dog Beach, its a fairly nice location, but parking is a bit
of a pain, there is a small maybe 20 car free parking lot behind the yatch club
if you get there ealry you’ll problery get a spot, otherwise there is a failry large parking
lot close by in the town, just a 5 minute walk away, it’s a pay lot, but its not
expensive and you can use your smart phone to pay.

so the last right before ferry will take you into the lot)

Afterward, depending on the weather we will be visiting the STONE GOAT (which is dog friendy
but OUTSIDE only, or Po ‘Boy if too hot or wet 🙂
